Full-time Dentist Required for Appleby in Westmorland, Cumbria

* Dentist required for Appleby in Westmorland, Cumbria

* This is a full-time Associate Dentist role.

* Dentist Working Hours: We have a surgery available full-time Monday to Friday

* Dentist UDA target is 8000 UDAs per annum so this role would suit a dentist with a proven track record of NHS experience.

* Dentist requirements: For this role, the dentist would need to have an active performer number from England, Wales or Scotland.

* Dentist Start date: This role is available from 17th September 2012.

* Practice: The practice is fully computerised with SOE, however it will soon be moving to R4. The practice is well established and busy, and you would be taking over an existing patient list. You would work alongside 2 other dentists.

* Location: Appleby sits on the A66 cross-country route, roughly halfway between Penrith and Brough – it is only a 10-15 minute drive from junctions 38 or 40 of the M6, and is on the scenic Settle-Carlisle Railway. There is good walking very close to the town, particularly along the river, and it is also an excellent base for exploring the Lakes to the west, or the Yorkshire Dales just a few miles to the southeast. It is also a good stopping place for the various walking routes that pass through or near it – the Pennine Way, the Coast to Coast Walk, and the Westmorland Way. Appleby train station is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the practice
