If you're someone who watches the news or listens to the radio then you will most likely have heard a lot about the UK having targets to meet to reduce it's carbon emissions. The main way they found of reducing the CO2 was to make sure that every property in the UK had sufficient cavity wall and loft insulation - THAT'S WHERE WE COME IN! As an outsource sales and marketing company, LCS specialise in dealing with customers on a face to face basis. We were given the incredible opportunity to work with one of the UK's largest Energy Efficiency organisation.

At LCS we go direct to customers in their homes to inform them of the products and services of our client, we conduct a full property survey and then qualify customers for a potential grant to have there insulation upgraded. The really exciting thing about this campaign is that every customer that does qualify for the upgrade gets the work done for 100% FREE! Therefore there is no sales involved. The reason we were outsourced by the client to conduct this campaign is because we specialise in dealing with customers face to face and creating good customer relations.

We do not judge applicants solely on background and qualifications but also on your work ethic and communication skills since we meet with customers face-to-face.

Our Trainee Energy Efficiency Advisors will have the opportunity to develop skills in different areas, including appointment booking, property surveying, leadership, sales and customer service. Full product training is offered and we also offer ongoing guidance and support to ensure you develop as quickly and effectively as possible.

APPLICANTS MUST BE:

* 18 or over
* Have the ability to learn at a fast pace
* Have the ability to work well in a team and independently

With this campaign there is a lot of opportunity for growth so we have a Business Development Programme for the more ambitious applicants to eventually oversee there own sales office.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to client demands applicants must be 18+. Applicants must be able to commute to Manchester City Centre daily and due to the openings being immediate start we are unable to process non-local applications. All earnings are based solely on your performance, you will be paid for every successful customer approval, therefore the harder you work the more you can earn! All earnings are uncapped.
