* To ensure the rules and regulations of the company and the regulatory bodies are followed at all times in order to prevent unethical, illegal or improper conduct within the Company.
* As standards of conduct are updated, a periodic review will be required to ensure continued compliance and accuracy.
* To monitor, evaluate and record the activities of the relevant Department to identify possible trends (both good and bad) by conducting telephone audits and providing feedback/training to employees/Team Leaders/Managers as required.

* To act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
* Establish and provide direction to employees as necessary.
* Provision of Management Information.
* Awareness of the customer expectation to ensure TCF is incorporated at all times.
* Ensure compliance with the Financial Services Authority regulations at all times
* Any other duties as required.
* Motor and Home experience essential
* Open GI knowledge an advantage
* Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
* Focused with an attention to detail
* Insight of the business and procedures
* Knowledge of all products available
* Able to plan, organise and meet deadlines/targets where appropriate
* Computer literate ie experience with Microsoft packages to a high level
