Our Local Authority clients based in Wrexham is looking for a Senior Office Administrator: To take detailed minutes of meeting and administrative tasks.
Essential Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
* Must have proven hands on and recent experience of taking detailed minutes
* High level of spoken and written English required to take and produce detailed minutes is essential:
* 5 GCSE'S which must include maths and English
* RSA2 typing/word processing or equivalent
* Ability to speak welsh - desirable
* Ability to work as a team member
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Capacity to protect confidentiality of the department
* Must have excellent general administrative skills & Procedures,
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office; Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet and databasing
* Must have proven experience in office procedures
* Must be flexible approach to work
* Must have good keyboard and computer skills/ 50WPM typing minimum
* Must have good verbal, written, numerical and communication skills
* Must be aware of and show an appreciation for the equal opportunity policy
* Strong organisational skills

* Must have the capacity to be understanding and sensitive to clients needs
* Enhanced CRB clearance
* Must be able to provide the contact details of references covering the last 5 years including most recent employer
* Role is part time - required to work over 3 days (Mon, Tues & Thur am or pm)
