No Limits Programme Coordinator- Term Time Only
Location: High Wycombe/Chesham based
Salary: £23,500 to £30,000 (pro rata for Part Time)
No Limits is a bespoke education and support service which provides an integrated programme of education and support for children and young people with a learning disability, behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. Due to recent growth we are currently recruiting for a Programme coordinator to oversee and implement high quality accredited and non accredited education packages.
The successful candidate will manage the planning and implementation of the No Limits curriculum. You will ensure that a full educational programme is developed for each individual student, ensuring that their learning, social and emotional development needs are met. All programmes will have a strong emphasis on community inclusion and you will work with our partnership colleges to help realise these objectives.
This role will further involve the day to day management of programmes for students. You will ensure the successful deployment of staff, physical and financial resources ensuring that each programme runs efficiently. As such, you will have both staff and budgetary management responsibility and role model exemplary practice within teaching and learning, so it essential you can demonstrate experience of supporting people to overcome barriers to learning. You will be responsible for ensuring that each students learning programme is effective and work with advocates and families to ensure its ongoing success.
Successful candidates will have a passion for supporting students with learning difficulties and behaviour that challenges. Experience and knowledge of people with learning disabilities is an essential requirement of this role as is experience of developing and implementing learning programmes. A teaching qualification is essential.
This role will involve a flexible approach to working times and regular travel across Buckinghamshire and the South East, so a full driving licence is essential.
