No Limits- Coalville

No Limits is a bespoke support and care provision which provides a short breaks service to the parents of young people with additional needs who may challenge traditional services. As an Assistant Community Learning Facilitator, it is important that you feel comfortable providing young people with varied levels of support within their own home and local community, which could be anything from assisting with personal care duties to focusing on life skills and building relationships with the aim of increasing levels of independence.

A full UK, manual, driving licence is extremely beneficial for this role.

Experience of working with children or people with a learning disability is advantageous but we provide full specialist training, so the right people will gain all the skills they need. Due to the importance of the service to the young people and their parents it is essential that you are able to build trusting relationships and instill confidence in your practice.

As everyone's requirements and aspirations are different it is essential that you understand and demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to work, as much of the support we provide is in the early morning, evening and weekends.
