UK Reservations Agent - Nights Excellent Salary: 16,000 basic PLUS excellent bonus scheme and great benefits! OTE 25-35K per annum Hours: Monday- Sunday between 9pm - 9am, evening and weekend working with be required PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS POSITION IS A NIGHT POSITION AND ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN COMMITMENT TO THE HOURS * My key client is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work with their dynamic and hardworking Sales team in a busy online environment. You will be required to meet target and service levels to ensure that the standard of service delivery is not compromised. You will also respond to emails into the contact centre. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a fast growing, very successful online Car Hire Broker business located in Manchester City Centre. You will be providing reservations sales and support to customer enquiries relating to rental car/van needs either by phone and/or email support. Your main responsibilities will involve: *Use sales and customer service techniques to gain reservation commitments from customer enquires. *Securing sales and maximising opportunities to up sell and cross sell other products. *Qualify prospective renters according to established procedures. *Provide customers with complete, accurate rental rates and requirements. *Solicit Customer's reason(s) for not confirming reservations. (overcome objections) *Book reservations into the system following established procedures. *Stay abreast of company programs and promotions. *Follow up on customer quotes and emails. *Meet company and personal sales targets daily, weekly and monthly. *Daily logs and paperwork to be filled out accurately and correctly. *Responsible for any additional tasks given. The successful candidate must have the following skills: *Demonstrated ability to provide World Class sales and customer service to the customers *Speaks, and presents information effectively and persuasively across communication *settings; influence or persuade others through oral presentation in positive or negative circumstances * *Ability to work under pressure in high volume environment *Highly organised, methodical *Excellent telephone manner *Proficient Keyboard skills. Computer literate *Preferable online travel background, knowledge of working in a busy call centre and/or working with monthly sales targets. *Excellent command of verbal and written word in English and at least one other language mentioned *Continually focuses on achieving positive, concrete sales results contributing to business success This is an exciting opportunity not to be missed!
