Customer Service Administrator - German
Salary: 13,500 rising to 14,500 after 3 months PLUS excellent bonus scheme and great benefits! OTE 25K per annum



LANGUAGES: Fluent in both written and spoken German

Job Overview: As a Customer Service Administrator you will be part of the customer service team dealing with and answering customer queries pre travel, whilst understanding the importance of ensuring our customers are happy with our product and services.You main duties will be to action all email responses into the contact centre and respond to accordingly. This job is mainly Admin, however you will take service calls from time to time.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

* To liaise with our customers, by post and email ensuring they receive high standards of service.
* To conduct investigations to customers queries on their behalf both internally and externally with our providers ensuring professionalism at all times.
* To assist with closing customer cases and negotiating a positive outcome for our customers.
* Working with the other customer service agents as a team to ensure customers issues are dealt with in a timely manner by being assertive, showing empathy and using your initiative.
* Being responsible for your own customer queries in a reasonable timeframe, chasing replies from third parties, closing cases to customers satisfaction within agreed service level periods
* Ensuring customers are happy with our service whilst promoting future repeat business for the company.
* To ensure that the in house customer service database is maintained and updated appropriately
* Liaising with other areas of the business to ensure that we provide the highest standards of Service to our customers.
