The role

1) To generate sales
2) Processing orders via telephone, fax and e-mail onto a customised computer system
3) Arranging customer visits
4) Liaising with Sales Manager pertaining to displays, orders, queries etc
5) Solving customer problems / complaints
6) Creating and maintaining a customer database.

Candidate skills / qualifications

1) Proven track record from either a New Business OR Sales background ESSENTIAL
