<p><strong>Store Manager, Orpington, Greater London</strong> - Market leading Homewares and Soft Furnishings company has an immediate opening for a Store Manager for a brand new retail store opening in Orpington, paying circa £21,000 + benefits.</p><p>As Store Manager you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service standards through a dedicated and committed team. This is a hands on retail management role and you will be expected to lead from the front. This retail management role would suit a strong leader of people who enjoys coaching and developing your team to ensure that they are motivated and skilled to achieve their full potential.</p><p>As Store Manager you must have:</p><p>-       Retail management experience at store manager level</p><p>-       Sales and target focused</p><p>-       A creative flair, passion for fashion</p><p>-       A passion for delivering an amazing customer experience</p><p>-       Experience in training, coaching and developing a team</p><p>-       High store standards</p><p>-       Ability to communicate at all levels</p><p>-       Commercial awareness</p><p>Ideally you will be a Store Manager, Concession Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Department Manager, Sales Manager or Floor Manager for a one to one service focused retail brand.
