Rogerstone is a large primary school with 570 pupils on roll for the new academic year. Our children are wonderful and parents supportive. We have a new leadership team who are forward thinking and innovative. We have exciting plans to further improve our school for our children, staff and community. The school has huge potential. We are looking for a lead non-teaching professional, who is exceptional, hardworking and motivated to join us on our journey to outstanding.
This is a newly created post and unique opportunity to shape the future success of our school. We are looking for someone who thrives on challenge, is highly organised, able to lead others and committed to obtaining best value for our pupils. They must have significant knowledge and understanding of all aspects of financial management within schools, experience of dealing with personnel issues and the ability to lead on Health & Safety, Premises and Administrative functions within the school.
This position is part of the Senior Leadership Team of Rogerstone Primary School and requires working closely with the Headteacher, Governors and the whole school community. The School Business Manager will play a key role in securing the success of the school.
