Action Technical Services (ATS) is a Recruitment Consultancy, specialising in the supply of both contract and permanent
technical staff to large and small organisations within the engineering and manufacturing industries.
Business Development /Account Manager - Materials Handling - Minimum HNC Mechanical or Electrical qualification (degree
level an advantage) Will be required to identify sales opportunities and to work effectively with the Estimating team to
ensure a high tender success rate. To manage existing accounts to maximise repeat business and ensure effective
relationships with key client contacts from conception to implementation stage. This will be at both senior and
engineering plant level. Suitable candidates will have a proven track record of designing and selling material handling
equipment. Knowledge of AGV, roller conveyors, P&F conveyors and control systems a distinct advantage. Must be able to
manage a small team and be willing to travel 20% to 30% which will include international travel. Neg + car allowance +
petrol card + CCC + benefits
