Based in Kingskerswell near Newton Abbot, we are a leading marketing company providing a full-range of online and offline marketing solutions and services.

Now in our 20th year of business, we have our own offices set amongst 3 acres of rural countryside providing an inspirational working environment.

To be considered for the position of part-time Accounts Assistant, you must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of bookkeeping and accounts processes and have a sound knowledge of accounting software.

Highly numerate, with a keen eye for detail and a good communicator, the role will include credit control, purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit card, nominal payments and bank reconciliations.

You will be confidential, have a strong sense of initiative, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.

The position is part-time, 25 - 30 hours a week, over 5 days. This role provides a great opportunity to develop your accounting career within a dynamic and progressive business.

This role will suit candidates who have experience in the following roles: Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Junior Accountant, Accounts Clerk, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Accounts Officer, Payroll Clerk.
