Our client based in South West London are looking for a web front end programmer - for building the front end of websites that the team have designed and maintaining the existing sites that they have.

They would like to have someone on board as soon as possible, someone good enough as well as presentable enough to head this area who wants to stay for a long time and develop their skills and the position within the company.

They have approximately seven existing clients that need continuing updates and they have a number of new projects which will need building from scratch - nothing special but who ever it is will have to know their stuff inside out.

Dedicated, committed with good commercial experience - wanting to make a career and increase responsibility by building the web offer
Must have a very good understanding of CSS, PHP and HTML programming

Capability and qualifications
A LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) developer with good Systems Administration skills.

- Main responsibility is to build the websites that the team have designed, taking Photoshop visuals and developing these into fully functional working websites; front-end and back-end.

- Administer and maintain all existing domains and websites. The majority of these websites run on Wordpress so a sound understanding of this CMS is required, but also Silverstripe, Processwire, and even completely bespoke CMS backends are in use.

Essential skill-set: MySQL, PHP, CSS, HTML, Javascript & jQuery + comfortable using Photoshop

- ASP & .NET familiarity will be a bonus
