I'm working with a client-side organisation that has been using User Experience as a core part of their product design process for many many years. It's time for them to take it to the next level and are expanding their in-house resources.
They're seeking to hire several senior web user experience designers. It will be handy if you've done a mixture of web apps, and more traditional web work, but if you specialise in one of these - that's fine too.
Agency experience is appreciated as of course is corporate type commercial exposure, and if you've done both - great. As you can sense, my client are very open to experience types but the quality has to be there. UCD experts is top of the menu.
