Office Administrator
Our client, a boutique financial organization based in Mayfair, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. This is an incredibly varied role reporting into the Founder / CEO and a lynch pin to the smooth running of the business.
As you can imagine we are looking for someone who is used to working with complete autonomy, a real self-starter who is always on the lookout for ways to improve processes; this is a client facing role on occasion so personal presentation is also paramount.
We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure and uses their own initiative as often as possible.
This candidate would take responsibility of the following areas:
* General management of the office, ensuring all systems and processes are fully functioning at all times
* Constant assessment, updating and improvement of all business systems
* Business support for CEO, including;
* Monitoring CEO's emails on a daily basis, ensuring all correspondence is addressed in a professional and timely manner
* Creating dynamic PowerPoint presentations
* Drafting proposals and contracts
* Monitoring all IT Systems
* Research on HNW clients
* Communicate, liaise, and negotiate with all suppliers to facilitate the best possible contracts, maintaining good working relationships
Duties & responsibilities:
* Outstanding spoken and written communication skills (High Register English a necessity)
* Excellent PowerPoint, Outlook and Word skills
* Strong IT Skills and Knowledge
* Ability to conduct business in a tactful and discreet manner
* Capacity for strong negotiating on behalf of the firm
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Smart and businesslike presentation
* Inherent ability to act in a formal and professional manner at all times
* Good commercial and business sense
* Ability to play an important role in the team
