This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a major international firm in their Sheffield office.
The successful applicant will be working with a variety of clients from major national and international corporate to government and public sector clients. You will be involved in development work with an emphasis on regeneration.
The successful applicant will be acting for public and private companies working on projects such as town centre regeneration, land assembly and medical centre funding. You will have strong academics, technical and interpersonal skills. You will have trained at a respected firm and have an ability to demonstrate involvement and contribution to practice and business development activities.
Candidates who have around 1-4 years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge/experience to undertake the role, however, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience.
