The client is an outstanding successful player in its market, part of a multi-billion euro international group, they are the outsourced partner to many of the world's leading organisations. With a turnover in the region of 1 billion euro, they have a huge appetite for growth and have the infrastructure, track record and commitment to enable them to deliver this.

The legal, professional and financial services sector is a market of key strategic importance where there is real opportunity to expand on and grow within their current client base and where strengthening their Business Development activity is seen as a fundamental catalyst for success.

The client is looking for real achievers, highly professional Sales Directors, well networked with considerable experience in identifying target prospects, opening the doors to senior level decision makers and leading the sales process through to successful closure. By their very nature, the potential contract values will be significant and will appeal to candidates with exceptional relationship capabilities, strategic acumen, ambition and enthusiasm for the cut and thrust of the deal making.

These are senior level appointments reporting to the Division Managing Director and are supported by experienced bid teams.

In terms of career background a successful track record in selling corporate solutions such as consultancy, outsourcing, information/document management, and professional support services etc. into their target markets is the ideal requirement.

Most importantly however, the client is looking for outstanding sales performers; likeable, credible and engaging self starters with a real "can do, will do" attitude and who in turn can look forward to a deeply rewarding experience and who will be enthused by these exceptional opportunities and the huge potential this Group has to offer.
