As part of our continued and impressive growth, we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician who will be based from our Aberdeen site but work also potentially at client sites in the local area.

The position will include but not be limited to:-

- Fault finding and trouble shooting on a wide range of industrial equipment.
- Fault finding and trouble shooting on equipment for hazardous area locations.
- Installation, repair and testing of equipment suitable for application in hazardous area locations to ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Installation, repair and testing of onshore electrical installations and equipment to ensure compliance with BS7671:1992 (17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations)

Applicants will be expected to fulfil the following:-

- You will be 17th edition qualified and have a proven track record within an industrial maintenance background, ideally within oil and gas. You must also have previous commercial, client facing experience.
- Must have served a recognised 4 year apprenticeship with applicable minimal qualifications.
- Knowledge and experience of Ex equipment for hazardous areas is required
- Must be certified to work to BS7671:1992 (17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations)
- CompEx certification is an advantage, however not essential
- Please note that this role is a purely an onshore role and does not include offshore work
