Collections Agent /Recovery Executive-Mortgage Shortfall

Collections Agents with experience of recovering mortgage shortfall/arrears or credit card debt required for opportunities in Bradford. Salary up to 16K + Bonus

Target driven and self-motivated individuals are required to case manage and chase debt on behalf of mortgage lenders. Working to FSA and SRA guidelines, in conjunction with a legal team, the role involves bringing a shortfall in mortgage payments back in line.

A highly respected, Legal 500 and Chambers rated law firm, they specialise in providing litigation services to the lending industry. Going from strength to strength, in addition to recent client wins they have futher growth plans on the horizon.

Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be making outbound and receiving inbound calls from people who are in arrears with mortgage or finance payments. The key focus is to recover outstanding monies and bring the account out of arrears and back in line. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (with one late night per week and one Saturday morning in four). Previous collections experience from within a legal or financial services organisation is essential to be a success in this role.
