The Company
Our client is a long established and highly respected Recycling and Waste solutions provider who is currently expanding in the UK. Due to this expansion they are currently recruiting for a Sales Executives / Sales Consultant to be based in or around the Sheffield area. This is an exciting time to join this leading company and be part of their growth plans.

The Role
The purpose and remit of the Sales Executives / Sales Consultants role:-
* Identifying opportunities in the territory, taking the opportunity from initial contact to negotiating and closing the sale
* Auditing clients waste streams and selling waste and recycling solutions into the private and public sector
* Propose solutions that enhance customer's social responsibility and add value to their environmental standing in the market
* Build a sales pipeline of new business opportunities that will ensure the sales target will be met each year

The Candidate
The Sales Executives / Sales Consultants experience and qualifications:-
* Proven track record in generating new business sales in the waste management or recycling markets is essential
* Show a real passion for the hunt and closing a deal
* Commercially astute with an ability to identify potential business opportunities, and create customised solutions for their waste and recycling needs
* Will to win and the tenacity to bespoke solutions to customer needs
* Experience in short and long sales cycles in the private and public sector
* Confident personality and able to communicate and present solutions at Board Level with the ability to negotiate and close sales
* Computer literate, organised, able to prioritise and deliver results

The Reward
In return, the Sales Executive / Sales Consultant will receive an excellent remuneration package including a 30k - 35k basic with an OTE circa 75k with an uncapped commission scheme. The sky really is the limit! There is a car or car allowance provided along with usual tools of the job.
