As a Showroom Trading Manager you'll be responsible for the delivery of sales across the Showroom department. Leading and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets, whilst ensuring you provide every customer with an exceptional shopping experience. You'll be responsible for a 'store within a store', reporting directly into the Store Manager and contributing to the overall success of the store.
A natural leader who has energy and enthusiasm with the ability to motivate others and an excellent eye for maximising sales opportunities. Your ability to coach and develop people to become highly effective in a sales environment will be critical to your success and that of your store.
You will be responsible for keeping up with competitor activities and effectively communicating this to your team, inspiring a healthy attitude towards competition. You will have a proactive and reactive approach to sales, service and team leadership, inspiring your team to achieve and exceed company expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a background in team management and a successful, proven sales career. Experience within Retail would be highly desirable but more importantly you will have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to succeed.
