Banking Solicitor - Manchester

A Banking Solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity with a leading National law firm working in their Manchester City Centre office. The firm are an established name in the UK legal market, and support a varied client base of PLCs, public sector bodies and private companies from their network of offices in the major cities across the UK.

Due to expansion a position has arisen in the Manchester office for a 2-6 years PQE Banking Solicitor to join the firm's Banking team. Working with the Manchester Banking team acting for financiers and borrowers in relation to major financing transactions including acting for corporates raising debt finance, asset based lending and real estate finance. The Manchester team work very closely as part of the National Finance team.

The successful applicant will have strong academics and trained with a National or recognised Regional Manchester firm. They will have excellent technical banking skills and excellent commercial acumen. You will have direct contact with clients and will be actively encouraged to get involved in business development, networking and marketing.
