Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Associate/Partner - Surrey - 70k

We are seeking a clinical negligence solicitor with a minimum of five years PQE to head up a team at an expanding, multi-office, practice with offices across Surrey.

My client, a dynamic law firm based across the South is looking to appoint a head of clinical negligence to manage a small team, handle the significant amounts of work coming in to the business and to further the brand within the market. Salary negotiable depending on experience circa 60k-70k.

Despite difficult market conditions, my client has experienced considerable growth in the last few years and as a result of increased instruction, require a solicitor to head the clinical negligence team in Surrey (at one of their two Surrey offices). The firm have offices across the South and are looking at further growth - both organically within the team and through a number of acquisitions. My client can offer the incoming candidate the opportunity to handle their own caseload of mid to high value clinical negligence claims, whilst managing a small team.

It is unlikely that anyone with less than five years experience will have the requisite experience to handle this role, however applications will be considered from all those who consider themselves suitable. Flexibility working is also on offer for the right candidate, and those considering moving to a four day week will be considered.
