The CEO and HRD of this well-established and successful company based in Hampshire require an exceptional, beautifully
presented PA. Acting as Ambassador for both the CEO and HRD you will become the lynchpin in the office, managing
incredibly busy diaries, extensive international travel and organising and attending Board meetings.
The CEO and HRD are totally focused, straight-talking with extremely high standards so attention to detail and forward
thinking are two things that are pre-requisites. You will be smart with strong communication skills, self-sufficient and
be able to multi-task. The role also requires office management together with a good knowledge of IT applications in
particular, very good PowerPoint.
This is a challenging and demanding role requiring a high proficiency of English and solid PA skills.

Strong business acumen
IT literate with Advanced MS Office skills - especially PowerPoint
Confident, articulate with an enthusiastic and energetic attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
