A reputable firm in Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Quality and Technical Adviser to join their team on a Permanent basis.
Our client is looking for a Quality Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive. The caseload comprises of complex elements of a conveyancing transaction (sales, purchases, remortgages) on behalf of transactional and remortgage caseworkers which have fallen our of scope. The successful candidate will have a detailed technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and remortgage matters and has proven experience of running a mixed caseload of sale and purchase transactional files. Previous experience of working in a high volume environment would be highly advantageous.
