Personal Injury Paralegal

A Paralegal is wanted to manage a caseload of defendant RTA matters to conclusion with award winning Ipswich based firm of Solicitors. Applications are invited from Personal Injury Paralegals with at least 12 months experience managing pre and post litigated aspects of a claim. Salary is negotiable.

A leading UK law firm my client delivers high quality legal services to a commercial, corporate and public sector client base.

The successful Personal Injury Paralegal will manage a varied and challenging, majority Fast Track RTA Personal Injury caseload. Paralegals will be responsible for running files from initial instruction to settlement and day to day duties will include negotiation with opponent solicitors, speaking to witnesses and drafting witness statements, drafting of documents and correspondence and considering medical evidence and details of financial losses in order to value claims.

Applications are invited from ambitious Personal Injury Paralegal looking for the opportunity to progress in a top 100 UK legal environment. Paralegals should possess at least 12 months litigation experience to include the management of fast track RTA matters.
