<p class="NoSpacing">We are delighted to be working with Platform 51 (which is the operating name of YWCA England & Wales), a national charity that combines quality services with distinctive, high-impact campaigning to give vulnerable girls and women a voice. By listening to girls and women that use their services, Platform 51 are able to speak with authority on the issues that are important to them.</p><p>They are looking for an ultra creative Digital Marketing Officer who can deliver exciting and engaging online campaigns and manage day-to-day online activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketing professional to develop and build Platforms 51’s brand identity.</p><p>An existing Digital Marketing Officer, you’ll already have some solid experience and be looking to move on to a more challenging role within the voluntary sector.</p><p>The Digital Marketing Officer will support the Head of Marketing in delivering marketing activity for the whole organisation with a strong emphasis on digital, publishing and social media which can be used for external and internal communications.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities will include</strong>:</p><ul>
<li>Day-to-day content management and population of the Platform 51’s social media and communications channels, plus development and updating of the website content<br /> </li><li>Daily management of the intranet and development of internal communications content</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Regular production and development of digital and printed marketing material for Platform 51 national communications purposes</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Measurement and monitoring activities for the website and social media to enable regular review and analysis of the success and response to brand profile-building initiatives.</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Regular management and development of the Platform 51 photographic library resource for optimised brand profile and awareness-raising</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Working with external suppliers, agencies and freelancers</li></ul>
<p><strong>We’re looking for someone with proven experience of:</strong></p><ul>
<li>Digital marketing and communications gained in-house, through an agency or via independent marketing activities including website management</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Taking responsibility for digital marketing, social media and marketing outputs</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Delivering strong and creative writing for a variety of audiences and products including marketing material, social media platforms, website/intranet communications and case study development</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Developing and sourcing content and stories and tailoring these to a variety of marketing communications materials, platforms and products</li></ul>
<p>An energetic Digital Marketing Officer, you’ll rely on your creativity and visual awareness to develop innovative marketing materials and brand distinctiveness. It is essential that you are a real team player, can inspire enthusiasm, drive best-practice, innovation and demonstrate mature people handling skills</p><p>The successful Digital Marketing Officer be based in either London or Oxford; however, whichever the preferred base, travel to the other site will be required from time-to-time.</p><p>This really is a great opportunity for someone looking for their next challenge within the third sector.
