The role:

Pulman are looking for an experienced Technician to join their aftersales team. You will be responsible for servicing and
MOT testing Volkswagen cars. Be able to time manage workloads and produce high quality of work.

The role consists of:
- Car repair and servicing
- Highlighting any opportunities for additional service sales
- MOT testing - desirable but not essential.
- Liaising with each aftersales department to ensure a fantastic customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, comfortable working with multiple computer programs at one time, have a
mechanical background along with organisational, customer handling and time management skills. You will be focused on
delivering a fantastic customer experience.

Mechanical experience is essential; experience with Volkswagen vehicles is desirable.

The core working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm and a Saturday 8:00am to 4.00pm on a Rota Basis.

Salary = competitive based on experience
