A highly successful and growing manufacturing company is looking for a Pre sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries within the Customer Service department.
The role will involve the following duties; Processing of daily orders, quotations and tenders; Liaising with customers; responding to requests for standard technical information and literature; processing customer payments and delivery allocation of orders and supporting after-sales care through assisting with customer queries, delivery expectations, product exchanges, returns and after sales calls.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in either a similar role or dealing with customers by telephone and advising them on product information. They must also have excellent communication skills with the ability to understand technical information. They must also have a high level of general education (English / Mathematics).
This person will also need their own transport as the company is in a beautiful rural location.
