An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a self motivated and ambitious individual to lead a team within a service
delivery team within a niche hospitality business. They are market leaders in what they do, highly innovative in their
approach and consequently have high expectations of service delivery. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing a concierge service to all clients.
- Responding to all queries quickly and efficiently in a calm and professional manner
- Thinking on your feet! Every client will have different expectations and it is your responsibility to meet every one of
them
- Being solutions focused and seeing every problem as an opportunity to further cement your ability to multi task
- Supporting in securing repeat business in the future
- Mentoring a team that you will support with targets, KPI's and SLA's. Experience of managing people previously is vital
to be considered for this role
- Autonomously leading a team - leading by example, training and demonstrating success in working with clients
