Our Client has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to support learners with severe learning difficulties (SLD) aged 16- 19 in Further Education College.

Ideally you will have prior recent experience of supporting Autistic learners aged 16+ in an education environment and hold a learning support assistant qualification and GCSEs in Maths and English or the equivalent.

Job Description:

You will assist in the delivery of subject learning materials to the learners, and support the lecturer with the necessary lesson preparation and planning.

You will maintain student discipline in compliance with the College's Disciplinary Code. You will carry out duties at all times in accordance with the College's equal opportunities and health and safety procedures.
