You will be responsible for planning and management of full project life cycle of small to medium IT/Telephony projects
to protect and enhance the profitability of ONI.

You will be required to create project plans (with milestones, dependencies, critical path, risks, resources) to Prince2
standard within Project Server 2010

* Responsible for delivering project plans using MS Project.

* Responsible for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of pre and post sales service
functions.

* Responsible for ensuring that the Matrix of activities from ordering components through engineering installations to
handover to customers and operations runs smoothly and is adequately documented.

* Responsible for ensuring all relevant client and project information is collated and recorded for ONI's Technical
Assistance Centre

* Responsible for the booking of installations and maintenance visits with customers and the scheduling of associated
resources at ONI in conjunction with the Project Co-coordinators.

The successful candidate for this role will be an assertive, proactive and focussed individual. They will have strong
written, verbal and telephone communication skills. They will have experience in an IT/telephony engineering environment
and be familiar with project management processes.

Preference will be given to individuals with a current Prince 2 Practitioner P30 qualification, Cisco product knowledge,
experience in using Project Server 2010 and a willingness to further develop the skills associated with Project
Management.

This is a vital role within ONI and focuses on four broad areas of responsibility, managing a portfolio of projects of
varying complexity, dealing with stakeholders with varying degrees of maturity around project management, Matrix managing
resources from different disciplines, and providing effective reporting.

Experience of working in complex projects with mature organisations in the, public, enterprise, banking and financial
sectors would be an advantage.
