Our client offers sellers and buyers of cars, commercial vehicles, motorbikes and plants a national network of 19
physical remarketing centres, as well as the latest online auctions channels and a comprehensive range of products and
services.

They also form an integral part of a much broader proposition provided through their sister companies in the UK. This
provides a unique end-to-end remarketing service which, for the first time, links retail marketing services to wholesale
remarketing.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an Auction Services Supervisor to join them on a permanent, full time basis.

As Auction Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the Gate Entry / Exit, Vehicle Inspection and
Reconditioning function for the Gloucester auction centre. As this is a supervisory role, you will manage and lead the
inspection and vehicle entry teams, ensuring consistency in providing excellent customer service, income targets are
achieved and KPI's are met.

With previous experience in a logistics planning role, the successful candidate will be highly driven and will have had
hands on experience of managing a team. It is imperative that you have strong people management skills, allowing you to
demonstrate the ability to motivate teams, communicate at all levels and manage conflicts effectively. You will also have
a proven track record of improving an individual's performance and the drive to provide the 'first and best' in customer
service.

Furthermore, candidates must be IT literate particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be competent in
vehicle estimating and techniques of repair coupled with the vehicle inspection process.

Hours of work: 8:00am until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
