Turboactive based at Wynyard Business Park are currently interviewing for workshop technicians due to continued company expansion. Skilled staff are required for our busy turbocharger workshop. Staff wanted with experience in either mechanical engineering, assembly line work or good automotive experience.

Full training in turbochargers will be given and previous experience of working with turbochargers is not required. Those with good mechanical knowledge such as trained mechanics, diesel engineers, toolmakers or fitters will be able to easily transfer their skills to this position.

Candidates must have the following attributes for this position:

1) Team working skills
2) Good time keeping and attendance record
3) Self motivated
4) Positive attitude

The successful candidates will be working for the UK's leading turbocharger remanufacturer and be involved in all aspects of turbocharger dismantling, service and repair. We are offering permanent contracts following a suitable probationary performance.

Working hours are either 8:30 - 5:00 or 9 - 5:30 and include a half hour lunch break. Holiday entitlement is twenty four days plus national holidays.
