Ellesmere College are seeking to appoint a creative and talented ICT teacher to our staff team on a fixed term contract for one term from September 2012. The person appointed will be responsible for teaching ICT across the key stages to students with a range of complex learning needs.
We are looking for a qualified teacher of ICT, confident of teaching students across the key stages to students with a range of complex learning needs. This presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate interested in working in a stimulating and rewarding environment.
For this post we are looking for:
Someone with the ability to teach ICT across the key stages
An innovative and creative approach to curriculum development and delivery for all students with a wide range of special educational needs
Ability to work as a member of a multi - agency team
Ellesmere College was established in 1995 for 250 students with learning difficulties. There are currently 222 students on roll with complex learning difficulties and related special needs, some of whom have a profile that includes challenging behaviour.
