A Paralegal is wanted for an exceptional opportunity assisting with a challenging and often complex Personal Injury caseload. Excellent Leicester based opportunity with a top 100 UK firm of Solicitors. The successful Personal Injury Paralegal will join a highly rated legal team assisting with a varied caseload of civil actions against the police, acting for a client base that ranges from the large metropolitan forces to smaller regional forces. Caseloads will be majority EL & PL matters that may have their roots in Malfeasance claims, Police Misconduct claims and Police discipline issues. On a day to day basis Paralegals will support the fee earning team on complex cases, carrying a caseload of files to include drafting pleadings and applications and statements, investigating claims and obtaining relevant evidence and attending court and accompanying counsel on trials where necessary.

Paralegals will have upwards of 18 months Personal Injury experience ideally gained in a top 200 UK legal environment. Defendant experience an advantage.
