COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR 3+PQE - ESSEX

With a strong reputation for their forward thinking and commercial approach as well as offering specialist advice for commercial and individual clients alike they have successfully build up an excellent client base on a local and national basis.

They are currently seeking to recruit further into their commercial litigation team and are looking for a 3+pqe litigator to work alongside the lead partner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to take the next positive step in your career, here you will enjoy an extensive caseload which can range from breach of contract and sale of goods disagreements to major issues involving construction, engineering and property. Partnership, shareholder disputes as well as insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings are also a significant element to the work.

You will be encouraged to provide a first class service to your clients, practical, commercial and sound legal advice is very much at the forefront of their ethos.
