Established 18M+ turnover M&E Contractor undertaking projects from 50k to 2M+ value for public & private sector clients across the UK seeks to recruit an HVAC Contracts Engineer to run fast-track projects typically to 500k in value from inception to completion. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be involved with all aspects of the project process including: procurement, programming, cost control, management of subcontractors & specialist trades, invoicing & variations, liaison (consultant or internal design team, client & main contractor), commissioning management, client handover & settlement of final account. Candidates should hold HNC Building Services Engineering and will be seeking a role with the opportunity to build on their experience of the industry gained to date. Our client has a strong forward workload and offers scope for further professional development and career progression.
