A leading multinational bank is seeking Customer Service / Sales Advisors to join their expanding Contact Centre in Leeds, West Yorkshire offering a salary of 14830 plus excellent career progression possibilities, significant performance related bonuses and an exceptional benefits package as you would expect from an employer of this size. As a Customer Service / Sales Advisor you will:
- Handle between 100 - 110 calls per day.
- Be prepared to occasionally make outbound calls when business needs require.
- Speak to all customers with a high level of customer service and courtesy at all times whilst looking for an opportunity to sell to needs.
- Be willing to change and adapt as the requirements of the business dictates.
- Improve your knowledge in line with training and development.
You will be required to work across a variety of shift patterns, to include working some anti-social hours.
The ideal Customer Service / Sales Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Sales, Outbound, Inbound or Account Management role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shift patterns.
- IT Literate.
