My client a leading international user experience research software enterprise is currently recruiting for a Account
Director to be based in their Manchester office.

Remuneration: 60,000 per annum plus bonus, commission & benefits

The role:
The Account Director will be working very closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure all sales opportunities
are optimised.

You will also be expected to:

To drive client strategy and become the primary client contact for your key clients, ensuring the agency provides a lead
agency role
To drive business growth through existing clients, developing a proactive action plan
To work with the group Managing Director on generating new accounts
To produce and deliver against an agreed account plan and budget
Produce and monitor accurate and clear forecasting
To be a leader of your team, offering direction and support, ensuring the agency have the correct level of skills to grow
the accounts
To continue to monitor and review the processes and skills of the team ensuring the clients receive the best in class
service
Experience required:

User Experience knowledge is a must
Excellent sales background
Ideally 5+ years Account Management experience
