Eden Scott's client, a leading Chartered Accountancy firm, currently has a requirement for a qualified Auditor to join its public sector Advisory team. You will have overall responsibility to deliver service to clients, including: managing a client portfolio and reporting to the Senior Manager/Partner Group; managing and supervising work of junior staff members and delivery to the client; managing the day-to-day client relationships; staff management and coaching responsibilities; development of new business relationships and generating revenues. To be considered for the role you will be: ACA qualified (or equivalent); post qualified management experience in external audit and/or internal audit; experience of financial reporting frameworks such as UK GAAP or IFRS and auditing frameworks; experience working with the public sector/public sector clients, ideally in an advisory capacity; excellent oral and written communication skills; commitment to exceptional client service; proven ability to interact with all levels of client and firm management; experience of, and comfortable working to, tight deadlines and handling pressure.
