BRAND NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR

Our client has this excellent new opening for a claimant clinical negligence specialist within their department.
A excellent opportunity for you to join a close knit, highly supportive team and handle quality work. You will be handling your own caseload and assisting on some of the more complex and high risk matters that the expert partners deal with.

The caseload is extremely varied and covers a whole remit of issues such as cancer misdiagnosis, laser eye surgery, cosmetic surgery, mistakes made during operations, brain injuries suffered by babies due to lack of oxygen at birth, delays in diagnosis by GPs and ethical issues concerning withdrawal of treatment.

You will have an opportunity to take an active role in networking and business development as the firm is keen to ensure that all fee earners can make a positive contribution to their team and the practice as a whole.
