West end Prestigious Private Equity Firm are seeking a generalist Hr Assistant to assist the Hr Manager. This is a newly
created position therefore a great opportunity for the right individual and a very exciting time to join the business.
Hr Assistant Duties will include:
Assisting the Hr Manager
Dealing with New starters and leavers
Induction process
Assisting with appraisal process
Assisting with implementing a new Hr System
Assisting with updating staff handbook
Assisting with updating new policy and procedures
Creation on complex spreadsheets and reports for senior manager
Monitoring the Hr Inbox
Attending interviews / internal meetings and taking notes
Arranging internal and external training and ensuring staff member s are FSA regulated
Asssiating with company benefits and payroll processes
Liaising with the 3rd party Payroll and benefits company
Assisting with year end process
Creating Job descriptions
Liaising and negotiating with Recruitment agencies
Attending disciplinary meetings and taking minutes
This is a newly created position therefore we are looking for someone who is switched on well educated at Degree level or
equivalent and keen to progress their career within a Hr function. Also someone who has started the CIPD qualification
would be advantageous.
