These are exciting times for our Students' Union. Now re-affiliated with the National Union of Students and soon to be an independent charity, we can realise our true potential and bring about a real step-change in our service offering and performance. As our new Chief Executive, you will be key to achieving this.

Your remit will be to support the Trustee Board and elected Executive Officers in their roles and to create a fit-for-purpose, progressive organisation that really delivers on several fronts whilst growing our income base to match.

Besides a proven strategic level background in senior management and an understanding of governance and organisational development, key elements of your DNA must include an empathy with students and student life, a passion for great customer service, a commercial head for business, the flair to innovate, and an inherent ability to maintain relationships with our key partner and stakeholders across the city. The role demands a motivational leader with vision and a genuine ambition for the organisation.
