West End Asset Management house urgently requires an excellent systems administrator to work with a database call Sales
force and concur.
You will be acting as a Team Assistant / Float assisting the Senior Executive Assistants with overflows of work.
Duties
Managing a database called Sales Force
Managing all team expenses on concur
Uploading client business cards and information onto Sales force
Managing bulk emails on sales force and mail shots
Creating reports on Sales force
Managing company campaigns, golf day invites etc
Setting up bulk invites to corporate events
Managing team expenses on concur
Inputting, logging and processing

This is a pivotal role for the Team Executives therefore you will manage an over flow of administration, diaries and
typing. You will manage all binding and printing of company presentations.
Ideal candidate will be switched on, polished, have advanced system skills and MUST HAVE strong knowledge of Sales force
and Concur.
