Summary
Cognizant's BFS Testing Practice is a fast growing and dynamic 4000 member team that has skills varying from core
Application Testing, Test Programme Management to Test Consulting. Cognizant is the preferred testing partner for the
UK's top 3 Banks.

We are seeking the expertise of a suitably skilled and qualified Test Manager to assist with the management and
co-ordination of the testing function for a Corporate Trust Project based in Poole, England.

Key Responsibilities
Creation of Test Strategy and Test Plans
Involvement and ownership of defect management
Managing stakeholder engagement, expectations and interaction
Test effort estimation and test planning
Testing of products developed using industry standard methodologies
Working with multiple Project Managers and Development Managers to drive QA and testing for product release
and automation using traditional and non traditional methods
Working extensively with key stakeholders, the offshore testing and development teams across various geographies (US,
Mexico, UK and India)

Skills and Experience
Strong Test Planning, Test Coordination and Test Estimation experience
Exceptional experience managing stakeholders and expectations
Solid Team Management and Leadership skills
Corporate banking domain experience
Automation testing tools and methodology experience
Understanding and knowledge of the testing life cycle (V-model)
Ability to work under pressure is essential
Web Testing experience preferred
Excellent communications skills including the ability to speak and write Spanish and English fluently
