HR Adviser to 30k


The HR Adviser roles are at the core of what our client does: providing reliable, compliant HR support and guidance as well as coaching managers to get it right first time. Right now, they`re recruiting for HR Advisers at all stages of their careers to support their continued growth.

They have vacancies for those in the early stages of their HR career, as well as those with substantial experience at HR Consultant/HRBP/Manager level, or similar, with a CIPD qualification.

Position: HR Adviser
Location: Bromborough, Wirral
Salary: 25-30K

Successful individuals will play a key role in providing pragmatic, commercial and legally compliant HR advice and guidance online and by telephone to our clients. More than that, they`ll be offering a truly first-rate customer experience and coaching our clients towards success in managing their people.

We are interested in self-motivated, ambitious self-starters with the following characteristics:

- Confident operating within a client-facing environment, where the way in which you provide great advice is as important as the advice itself.
- Solid experience in the application of employment legislation, company policies and procedures and HR best practice.
- Proficient with and comfortable using telephony and computer systems.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to providing HR solutions to difficult issues that arise within challenging situations.
- Confident to communicate with managers and business owners at all levels, with a style that is clear, engaging, coaching and collaborative.
- Driven to continuously improve and to encourage and support colleagues and the business to surpass expectations.
- Ability to work flexibly to deadlines and respond positively and constructively to feedback.
