Our FTSE 100 client requires experienced Desktop Engineers
The role involves understanding the desktop environment and to build:
- PC's (dealing with Hardware faults and software faults) and applying software installations and Windows environmental
fixes, including MS Office and bespoke applications
- PC builds using custom USB image method
- Blackberry administration/iPhone knowledge advantageous but not essential
- Windows XP, leading into Windows 7 potentially later down the line
They will be using BMC Remedy 7 to fix and complete incidents, changes and problems.
Requires a good work manner and ability to deal with large volumes of calls in a reasonable turnaround time is essential.
