The role as a Service Engineer will be a varied one and, as well as being responsible for the servicing and breakdown
repair of existing equipment on customer sites, the appointee will be instrumental in the support of continuous product
development, with active participation in internal testing programs.

Applicants must, therefore, possess a flexible and proactive hands-on working style together with strong organisational
and communication capabilities. Relevant qualifications and Electrical / Electro-Mechanical experience are required and
candidates must live within commuting distance of Bedford.

Experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Service Engineer or Product Development Engineer on packaging or processing
machinery would be preferred. Relevant Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Qualifications are required and,
whilst not essential, knowledge of PLC Programming would be ideal.
